Chris has 27 years experience in construction having founded the practice 11 years ago. He has a wide range of experience both in professional and project work. His main specialisms include dilapidations, party walls, pre acquisition surveys and due diligence advice. Chris regularly provides seminars to developers, architects and lawyers on party wall and boundary matters.
